These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AirFLTR Chrome extension and website at airpf.vercel.app. By using AirFLTR, you agree to these Terms.
AirFLTR lets you apply advanced filters to Airbnb search by composing URL parameters on airbnb.com. AirFLTR is not affiliated with Airbnb.
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction) to use AirFLTR. AirFLTR is not directed to children.
License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the extension for personal or internal business purposes.
Restrictions: You may not:
Free tier: No account required; presets are stored in your browser (Chrome storage).
Pro tier (coming soon): Will require a valid purchase. We may use email-based magic links for sign-in and secure payment processing for subscription management.
Subscriptions auto‑renew (e.g., monthly or yearly) until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Optional lifetime product may be offered as a one‑time purchase.
Refunds: We offer a good‑faith refund window of 14 days for first‑time purchases. Contact gymessential@gmail.com with your order info. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear abusive.
Taxes: Sales tax/VAT may be collected where required.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features. If we make a material change that detrimentally affects your paid access, we'll use reasonable efforts to notify you.
AirFLTR interacts with airbnb.com. We do not control third‑party services and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, or changes.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using AirFLTR, you consent to those practices.
AirFLTR and all related content, trademarks, and IP are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and accuracy. We do not guarantee that AirFLTR will be error‑free or that third‑party services (e.g., Airbnb) will not change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for any claim related to AirFLTR will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Pro tier in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability (or $50 if no such payments were made).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirFLTR and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of AirFLTR, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third‑party rights.
You may stop using AirFLTR at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for misuse. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.
Governing law: California, USA (without regard to conflict of laws).
Disputes: You agree to binding arbitration on an individual basis, with a small‑claims court carve‑out where applicable. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class‑wide arbitration. If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in California, USA.
We may update these Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, where required, provide notice.
